Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

PFG AI Labs is committed to making pfgailabs.com and our ClearPath reports accessible to as many people as possible, including those using assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard.

Current status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We have designed the site with semantic HTML, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard-navigable structure, and descriptive alt text for images. A formal audit has not yet been completed. We are a small organization actively improving accessibility as the site evolves.

Known limitations

• ClearPath interactive reports use JavaScript-driven tab navigation that may not be fully optimized for all screen readers. We are working to improve ARIA labelling in future versions.
• Some data tables in ClearPath reports may lack full row/column header associations. This will be addressed in an upcoming report format update.

If you experience a barrier on this site or in a ClearPath report, we want to know. Use our contact form to report the issue. We aim to respond within five business days and to resolve substantive barriers as quickly as possible.

Technical approach

This site is built with standard HTML5 and CSS. We use semantic heading structure, landmark regions, and descriptive link text. Colour contrast ratios for body text meet or exceed the WCAG 4.5:1 minimum. The site is responsive and usable at 200% browser zoom.
