PFG AI Labs is a small, independent lab turning ideas into real products. I have a growing list of concepts, and I'm always open to yours. If you like building things that solve real problems, let's talk.
Come with your own concept, or take on one from the lab's list.
Small teams and short cycles, so everyone can see what is happening and what comes next.
Collaborators earn a stake in any product that reaches revenue.
Builders, designers, writers, community organizers, and people with deep knowledge of a field who want to see it improved.
The lab is pre-revenue, so there is no salary at this stage. Collaborators own a percentage of the products they help bring to revenue, with terms agreed in writing before work begins.
A deep-research strategy report for a small business, with practical recommendations on clients, websites, automation and growth.
